I’m so happy you’re here. If you don’t already know me, let me tell you a little bit about who I am.
My name is Amy, and I am a lawyer turned meditation, yoga & pilates teacher. My first encounter with yoga was nearly twenty years ago, in my hometown of Mexico City. Years later, as a law student in New York, I finally listened to a growing desire to learn about what this practice of “yoga” actually entailed. I wanted to know where it came from, and how the calm I experienced on my mat could expand to my life beyond my mat.
Now, years (and hundreds more hours of training) later, teaching continues to be an honor. Technology has afforded me the opportunity to expand my offerings to maximize accessibility and tailor my teaching according to your needs: physical, mental and logistical.
My offerings include Zoom classes (movement for ALL), workshops and retreats in addition to my Subscription Service, which hosts more than one hundred videos to support you in your practice at home. Whether you have a steady asana (i.e. on the mat physical) practice, have never practiced, are interested in guided meditations, have low back pain, wanna tone them butt muscles or work that core, have just five minutes or 60 minutes – there’s something here for you.
