“Amy is uniquely talented in her ability to assess each individuals’ needs. I love the focus that Amy pays towards alignment and balance in her classes. She incorporates a wide range of moves that keeps each class interesting. She mixes small movements that isolate muscles with a yoga flow and holding poses. Amy provides modifications and corrections throughout her class which reassures me that I am doing each move correctly. Her cues keep me on track throughout each class. I always get a great workout in Amy’s class that is both relaxing and challenging. She has helped my posture and overall understanding of my body.”
