Where do I start?

Do I have to be a certain level to join class?

No! No matter where you are, Amy has a class for you. Take a look at her class descriptions to get a sense of where might be a good place to start. But don’t get stuck! The whole point is to explore. We don’t know what we don’t know.

What’s the difference between All Access & Only On Demand?

Amy teaches seven small, interactive classes a week—classes are limited to fifteen people. All Access gives you unlimited access to each class (and their recordings) in addition to Amy's curated On Demand Library. With Only On Demand, you have access to the On Demand Library but none of the live classes or their recordings.

What is Be Well?

Be Well is Amy's virtual hub to provide individuals with tools to access an integrated sense of wellness in their life. From meditation to movement to posture workshops, come learn how to feel more at home in your body and mind.

What is Work Well?

Work Well is Amy's center for corporate wellness. She helps employees feel better at work by providing them with specific, tailored tools to better manage stress, stiffness, and more. All Work Well programs include a free month of unlimited access to Well by Wolfe’s On Demand Library (including a special Work Well collection specifically tailored to the modern employee.)

What is Travel Well?

Travel Well is a vacation like no other—each day is devoted to you feeling and being well. No check lists. No to-do lists. Let Amy take care of the logistics and the teaching. Lean into the joy of having time to to take care of your body and mind in a beautiful setting.

Who exactly is Well by Wolfe?

How does the sliding scale work?

It’s important to Amy that her teachings be accessible to anyone who is interested. If you’re keen to join the community but have a financial block, email her directly at amy@wellbywolfe.com and we can sort it out.

What is Functional Movement?

Functional Movement is Amy’s signature (and favorite) class. Its goal is to expand your bodily awareness, to increase mobility, and to strengthen your body by restoring balance. You can find a full description of the classes here.

What’s the difference between Active & Therapeutic Functional Movement?

The body (and mind) need balance: fast and slow movements, active and quiet practices, general and specific exercises. Active FM is just that: active. We move fast and mindfully, and generally do most of these exercises on our feet. Therapeutic FM tends to have a particular focus (e.g. neck, hip, wrist). They’re quieter practices that have a different power.

How are Trainings & Workshops different?

Amy is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students and fellow yoga teachers. Here you will find teacher trainings that Amy is leading as well as one-off workshops with a particular focus aimed at enhancing your learning.
