COVID SCHEDULE

Hello, my loves!

As we all work toward creating some sense of normalcy, I thought it might work best to move forward with a set weekly schedule. All levels; everyone is welcome!

 

MONDAY

12pm  - Yoga (60 mins)

TUESDAY

1pm - Mat Pilates (50 mins)

2pm - Meditation (25 mins)

6pm - Yoga (60 mins)

WEDNESDAY

6pm - Yoga (60 mins)

THURSDAY

1pm - Basics (Yoga) (50 mins)

2pm - Meditation (25 mins)

FRIDAY

6pm - Yoga + Live Piano (90 mins)

SATURDAY

11am - Yoga + Pranayama (75 mins)

As far as payment goes, here's the deal:

- $10 per class (roughly speaking - if you're able to do $15 or $20, awesome; if you need to do $5, totally fine. Obviously, we are all being affected differently). 

- $60 per week for all classes

- $175 a month for all classes 

- $20 for the live music class please (same - if you can do a tad more, cool; if you need to do less, do whatever you can contribute).

6:15pm | Kula Yoga (SoHo) - Kula Flow

FRIDAY

8:30am | Yoga Vida (Dumbo) - Heated Flow

4:30pm | Yoga Vida (NoHo) - Heated Flow
